A shout out to our MOMS!

With tomorrow being mothers day I want to put a plug in for our Mothers! I am so lucky to have a great relationship with my mom. She is always there for even the simplest things like helping with a recipe or giving me a little pep talk on relaxing every once in a while. When Payton was born it was really important to us that her name would have a piece of her mom and her grandma in it. So when we came up with Leeauna it just clicked. My mom is so loving, caring and has given up alot to raise all 9 of us. Finally an empty nest with Phillip in the MTC! Enjoy mom!!! WE LOVE YOU!!!!

Now i realize that this is the latest picture of Gramda Gloria that i have so this will have to do! We will work on that! Justin also has an awesome Mom. Who he is really close to. I consider her as much of a mom as my own. She is kind, selfless and raised 5 amazing boys! She is so willing to just let us drop in whenever and get a brake! WE Love you!

We had a chance to get together on Saturday for Morgans Baptism and Makenzies blessing. Payton had a lot of fun playing with the kids. Grandma Twyla was there and it was good to see her too.

The Big Apple!

It was our 4 year anniversary back on the 15th and we had the chance to go to New York for a few days just the 2 of us! It was so awesome. We saw Wicked the Broadway play and it was probably our favorite thing we did. We tried to do it all.... the different museums, central park, Empire State Building, Madison Square Gardens, a boat tour around the harbor, Statue of Liberty, Times square... the list goes on. We had a great time shopping and walking and just being together. It was the first time we had been away from Payton for more than a night and we did pretty good. Other than the day before we left she decided to start throwing up. But she had a great time with Grandma and Grandpa Anderson and Grandma and Papa Taylor. We really appreciate them doing this for us and taking care of our sweetie pie!

Buckle Up!

We still had our suitcase out downstairs and Payton thought it was "so cool"!! If you can see all of her toys are still in the bins and she would rather sit in there and buckle the buckles around herself! She also wanted to watch Shrek her new word and show!

Happy Birthday Daddy!

Yesterday was Justin's 24th birthday. Payton and i made him a poster together. She thought that was fun. On monday justin was snowboarding and had a good crash right on his face so he doesn't think that 24 looked that good on him. But we know better. Happy Birthday Daddy!!!

Easter Weekend Fun!

St. Patty's Day!

Payton had a fun St. Patricks day. Daddy was home all day and we got to go to the park and play and get lunch and then we had a new cousin to go see.

Baby Makenzie...

This is our newest neice Makenzie Jean who was born on St. Patty's day. She is so cute and tiny! Payton has a new best friend~ Congrats!

Our babies!

It has begun. Payton is finally old enough to do what all the kids have done for the past three years! Drag jax around. Jax was our first baby and now our Little girl has found a best friend! She loves to walk him and we love to watch it!

Star in training!

Sunday was such nice weather and we were outside as much as we could be. Payton and Justin played some one on one as she calls it "shoot". She tries to dribble the ball and it is hilarious! She is basically just slapping at the ball, but she is trying!

Little Helper

Payton loves to help me wash the dishes. She will pull over her favorite stool (thanks papa taylor) and try to wash her cups or hands or whatever she can. This time was a coaster! She did really good to keep the water on the counter and sink. She came out of this one dry!

A night out

Well we finally did it. We spent our first night away without Payton. It only took 19 months! But to be honest we haven't had a reason to leave her up until now. It was really nice to go shopping, dinner, and just be together! Payton did so good and i will say we did miss her. We would see people with their kids and just look at eachother basically reassuring one another its only one night!

But now that one night is over and we all survived! Thank you Grandma Gloria and Grandpa Wes for taking such good care of our little P!!!!

Love day!

I wanted to show a picture of Payton on her first Valentines (last year) and show how much she has changed. She looks so little and cute! Awwww

Our day began with making cupcakes for all of Paytons Valentines.
She helped mostly with the cleaning up as you can see here... :)
After her nap we got ready to finish the cupcakes and go see Daddy for lunch
