We had the chance to go camping last weekend and it was a blast! A little windy but we bundled up and had a great time up at Strawberry. This was the first time taking Kennedy out and she did great. We cant wait to start the season!

Mothers Day

Well I had an awesome Mothers Day! Breakfast in bed.. the works. But most of all time with my girls and wonderful husband! Kennedy was supposed to be born on friday and that is a weird thought. We are so lucky to have a healthy baby!

I love being a mom!! its the hardest,best, and most rewarding job I have ever had! We are so lucky to have wonderful moms ourselves and are so thankful for all of their love and support!! HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!!!

BFF's

My friend Lindsey and I have been friends since we were 10 years old and it just so happens that we both had girls 2 weeks apart! Granted Kennedy was a month early. This is Kennedy(in green & pink) & Dakota(flowers)! They were hilarious, we put them down and they both stayed just like this! This is a premie outfit on Kennedy and it is still huge!

One week old

I have seen this on a few blogs and thought it was cute so i am going to try it out! Here is Kennedy at one week... about the same size as the bear! She is so tiny!

This And That!

Here is a little of this and that from our first week home! We have totally enjoyed having kennedy aroumd and now that she is here we cant imagine it differently! I must admit ( being the personality that i am) that having a baby a month early without any notice was totally stressful and more than that scary. Luckily everything turned out perfectly and we are blessed! I have the most amazing family and friends. Everyone was so helpful and willing to do whatever was needed at the drop of a hat. A special thank you to Tammi and Troy and Wes and Gloria for taking Payton each day and making her feel special! We love you all!

Last day in the hospital.

5 YEARS

SO...... back on the 15th was our 5 year Anniversary and i just wanted to Let Justin know how awesome i think he is! We have been together for almost 9 years, but he can still make me feel like we just started dating! He is my best friend and I am so lucky to be married to him. Our lives have changed alot in 5 years... we have been alot of places together seen alot of things, but most of all we have 2 beautiful little girls that we cant imagine our lives without!

Our Newest Addition

Okay so this will just be a quick post so that everyone can see some pictures of our newest addition to our family.

Kennedy Ione Anderson just couldn't wait any longer to come down and play with her big sister!! Kennedy was born on April 22, 2009 at 9:33 weighing in a whopping 5.06 lbs 18.5 inches. Kennedy had to come one month early due to some complications with Mandys blood pressure and high levels of protein in her urine. I am so grateful that all of my girls are safe!! Mandy is continuing to battle some high blood pressure but for the most part is doing fabulous!! Kennedy is a little fighter!! Being a premie I couldn't ask for better health for her!!

I just wanted to tell Mandy how absolutely proud I am of her and how grateful I am for all she does for our family. She is the best wife, mom, and best friend in the world!! She is my rock and I absolutely adore her now more then ever!!! I also wanted to thank my heavenly father for giving our family such a wonderful blessing and for being with our family every step of the way!! Blessings are a miraclous thing and I want to thank some special friends for their help!! Thanks Scott and Jeremy!! St. George

A few weeks ago we took a trip down to St. George with some friends of ours. We had such a great time and the weather was perfect! Payton loves to play with Lucy and Mimi and ever since we got home she asks to go back to the St.George house! We stayed in the cutest condo so the girls got to play from the time they got up till they went to bed! Unfortunately our pool was being painted so the first day they had to play in the hot tub! But then they got in some real pool time. I got some good NO KIDS shopping time, and Justin got to Golf! Thanks Johnsons! Cant wait to go back!

GOING PRIVATE!

SO after much debate and talk about going private we have decided to do it! I have struggled with it because its so fun when someone from the past finds you and you can catch up and stay in touch. But there are some things that I would love to blog about, but feel its kind of scary when anyone can read about it! So we are going to go private in a few weeks. Hopefully everyone that looks at our blog will leave their e-mail so they can still keep in touch!

Our LOVE day!

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY! We had a good day just being together, working on our kitchen, and making cupcakes for all of Paytons Valentines! Justin had gotten me tickets to the CROCs tour at the e-center so Payton went to Grandma's and we got to watch an awesome Volleyball tournament! Thanks babe i love you! Oh and a Belly shot at 27 weeks!

A GIRLS NIGHT OUT

The other night Justin went snowboarding and our house is in the middle of construction (i have no kitchen and the kitchen is scattered around my house) so my friend Lindsey said lets take the kids to CHUCK E CHEESE. It is not my favorite place in the world, but i knew Payton would love it and it would wear her out! They had a blast and its always fun to watch her get excited!!!

Im a big girl NOW!

I am totally ecstatic about posting this one! Payton is officially POTTY TRAINED! We started about a week and a half ago and now she is a big girl! I am so proud of her and I can't believe how fast time has flown by! Somedays it feels like she was just born and we were learning how to change diapers.... quickly and without getting piddled on. Its perfect timing! I will have a few months off before we start all over again with Baby sister.

Big Girl Bed

About a week and a half ago we took down Paytons crib and set up her Princess bed. We were a little nervous to do it since we have never had a problem with her getting out and she was such an amazing sleeper! But she has totally surprised us. The first night she got out twice and that was it!!!! She still calls for us in the morning and doesn't get out during nap time. I am so proud of her. It was a sad moment taking down the crib. It really makes you feel like your baby is not that anymore! She is getting so grown up. I think the only thing that kept me from crying was the fact that there will be a baby in it soon enough!!





She will not stay covered for the life of her!!!!
