We had a great Thanksgiving this year. We were with Mandy's mom this year. Payton was just getting over being pretty sick and it was good that she got to eat all the food. She totally loved the olives and eating them off her fingers. We are so greatful for our families. And i am greatful for Justin and Payton they make my life so complete!

So i have a love/hate realationship with our tree in the backyard. I love that in the summer it gives some great shade, but i hate all the leaves that fall off of it! I will say that we had a good time rakeing them up. Payton thought it was fun to pick them up and have them stick to her gloves. A great ab workout~ I love this little chick!!

Sneaky sneaky...

Payton is so sneaky. While i was getting ready she must have found the Mallowmars from my lunch and before i could get to her stuffed the first one whole in her mouth! And the same with the second like she was scared i would take it from her. I had to go grab the camera her face was bulging with chocolate!! It was pretty funny!

Backyardigains

We took payton to Toys-R-Us and as soon as she saw the Backyardigains stuff she got so excited! It was fun to see her recognize them. As soon as we got home she wanted to watch a show on her chair! So dang cute!!!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!

Payton was the cutest little lady bug! Halloween is one of our favorite holidays probably because it kicks off the start of all the holidays! We had a great day and night. We did some trick or treating with her cousins and she did pretty good. She was not a fan of the costumes with masks. Mandy was a mad scientist and if you have seen the Backyardagains she was Tasha!

China

Payton likes to drag her friend China around. Justin won this dog at lagoon back in 9th grade and gave it to Mandy. Since jax is a little fiesty and she can't hold him this is the next best thing!

Winter already??

Over the weekend we were outside replacing the lights and it was COLD! We tried on Paytons new coat and a pair of Momy's gloves. She liked the fur which i was surprised about but not the huge gloves. Such a QT!

Come home safe!!

Justins oldest brother Jason has now left to serve our country. He is in the navy and is headed for Iraq. Justin looks up to his brother and we all will miss him very much. We are all greatful for the sacrifice so that we can have the freedom we do. WE LOVE YOU JASON SHELLI and TJ!

Girls night out

Justin and his brothers went to Larry the Cable Guy on Friday night so the girls got together and had dinner and painted pumpkins. Payton was stripped down because of exactly what happened. It became a finger painting session and she also must have thought it looked like candy and stuck her brush in her mouth! Now the pumpkin on the belly was Aunt Tammi's idea and mandys handy work! She is a cute canvas!!!

Baby winston

My friend liz had her baby this week his name is Winston. And yes that is me on the end and with the baby. I have officially become a brunette! i really like it and it was a nice change. I guess we will see if what they say is true.....blondes have more fun! :)

payton the explorer!

We took a drive up the canyon on Sunday and it was beautiful! Payton loved to climb and explore the mountains. There are quite a few pictures on this blog but look at how cute she is! She wanted to touch the leaves and then she found some snow and wanted to taste it and of course Daddy had to as well.

We definately have an outdoors girl!
