we had visitors!

Last week we were lucky enough to have our nephew Christian with us for a few days followed by my brother in law Troy for the weekend!

IT WAS AWESOME......

 

We played at the park

 They surprised Payton after school by hiding and jumping up to see her.

 Payton realizing Christian was actually HERE!

 We played outside

 We went to the Denver Zoo

 We watched Payton play soccer... she was chosen as Captain this week:)

 We went to Elitch Gardens

 

 

This was right before Justin and Troy took Christian and Payton to the Bronco's game.

And then straight to the airport, Kennedy just realized what that meant and was not happy!

After 5 glorious days we had to say goodbye to our AMAZING visitors and it was very sad:(

They had a sleepover each night and talked and giggled for ever. I love the sweet relationship my girls have with their cousins.

Oaklee turns 2

Oaklee is a big 2 YEAR OLD!!

Our little sass-a-frass turned 2 back on the 16th and boy is she a big 2 year old!

Oaklee thinks and tells everyone she is 3:)

 

Sunday morning on the big girls day!

 Perty girl dressed for church sees her presents.

 Oaks favorite things are Babies and Monkeys.

 So we gave her some jammies and a new baby that loves her binky as much as Oaklee does:)

 Opening her gift from Grandpa & Grandma Westenskow.

 Oaklee LOVES chocolate donuts so this was our birthday girl's cake!

 Ready for bed with her new monkey jams and her favorite Monkey (thank you Aunt April!)

This sweet girl is such a joy! She is constantly on the go and loves to try and keep up with her big sisters. People are always surprised at how well she talks. She is such a great kiddo!

Oaklee is mama's buddy and loves to stay right with me. Every Monday and Wednesday i get 2 hours of just time with Miss Oaks and I LOVE IT! She is hilarious, and cracks me up daily!

At her check up she was 30 lbs (88%) abd 34.5 inches (70%)

A party for Miss O

While we were in Utah for a day we decided to throw Oaklee a little party. It started out so nice, then the clouds rolled in and they let out a down pour! So we all huddled inside grandma's house and opened presents.

 My sister April gave her this monkey bedding set and stuffed animal and she absolutely LOVES it!

Monkeys are her favorite. She sleeps with him every night!

 Aunt Shelli gave her this awesome sucker bouquet her other favorite thing!

 When she opened this Hello Kitty backpack she instantly said " Here Did"!

She thought it was for Payton, so cute!!

 Making up for not getting her own cake on her 1st birthday!
